Jaime Alguersuari is a former racing driver from Spain. In 2009, at just 19 years old, he debuted at the Hungarian Grand Prix and became the youngest driver in history to compete in Formula 1.

Born in Barcelona in 1990 into a family of ardent motor racing fans, he has competed at the very highest level and worked with teams of as many as 600 people in high-pressure environments.

Alguersuari views success as not depending solely on who is behind the wheel, but on every person, every component, every decision and every thousandth of a second. It is all part of the same goal: to win.
